What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom prescription lenses may have specific restocking terms.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping for non-prescription frames typically takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for our optical lab to precision-craft your lenses.
